Charlotte is a committed, customer focused operations manager who loves all things data. She has over 12 years’ experience within social care and mental health services in the NHS. She is an avid supporter and ally for inclusivity in all aspects of life, and has first-hand experience of neurodivergence within her family, the workplace and through volunteering.
Her passion is martial arts, mainly Goju Ryu Karate. Other interests include paddleboarding, getting roped into running long distances for fun, knitting and puppy snuggles.
